Argentine actor Fernando Carrillo retracted his statement in which he called his ex-wife, actress and TV host Catherine Fulop 'brutal' when speaking publicly. According to Carrillo, he confused the words of Osvaldo Laporte, Fulop's current husband. 'I said that Catherine is a great mother and wife, but that she was always brutal when giving statements, and that Osvaldo said the same thing. I take back what I said: Osvaldo never said that,' he stated. Carrillo also commented on his relationship with Venezuela's interim president, Delcy Rodríguez, calling her 'the great love of my life' and a 'patriot.' Previously, he had claimed that while they were building their careers together, Fulop's father had to write her speeches to prevent her from saying 'inappropriate things.'
